In English this term we have been learning about text purpose and construction. Students have been identifying similarities and differences between imaginative and informative texts by looking at language choices, visual components and text features. We have also been exploring how authors often research and include relevant facts about characters or settings to improve their narratives. In order to showcase our learning so far, students have been using digital technologies including apps like Chatterpix, Book Creator and iMovie. We had a lot of fun recording our voices and creating artworks or drawings to share digitally. We hope you enjoy our eBooks!
